Public Art Sculptures
Jennifer Young formed Young Designs in 2018 and has since often worked collaboratively with a number of artists including Maarten De Jong and more recently Siuban Regan. We have and continue to successfully work on a number of Public Art commissions and understand the expectations required for a variety of projects.
Jennifer Young is a qualified Artist and Architect, gaining her architectural degree in from Oxford Brookes University, post graduate from Dundee University, during which time she spent a year at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, Copenhagen. Since 2007 Jennifer has focused more significantly on art, exhibiting in Ireland and UK and has won several art awards.
Maarten De Jong is a qualified Architect, gaining his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Auckland in New Zealand. Maarten has worked in Auckland, London and now Munich. He is a highly talented conceptual designer, who then has the ability to development concepts into reality through detailed technical drawings to bring them to fruition.
Siuban Regan (O’Hare) is a very successful Sculptor and Communicator for over 30yrs with an Honours Degree in Social Working from the University of Ulster 1992, Systematic Family and Trauma Therapy from Cardiff University 1999 and a Master’s Degree in Psychotherapy from Queens University 2003. Siuban has delivered many multi-disciplinary arts programmes for young people, families and the wider community in the field of Arts in Health. Siuban also has extensive experience in working with the Arts and Historical communities.
