We want to help add to this sense of pride, ownership, and care taken. We noted it is well signposted with information about the history and wildlife of area and that there are enough colourful and informational elements. We want to create sculptures to compliment and feel part of this natural environment. We have creating a trail of animal sculptures depicting wildlife that could be seen in the area. We feel bringing these animals to life, in 3-D form will raise awareness of the wildlife and how special the place is, encouraging people to be proud of it and look after it. The sign on the walk asks the visitor to look out for Song Thrush, Foxes, Grey Herron and the Common Blue butterfly but on research there are also Otters, Kingfishers and Dippers who enjoy the good water quality.

[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_images_carousel images=”1546,1545,1539″ img_size=”large” slides_per_view=”3″][vc_images_carousel images=”1501,1499,1541,1498,1496,1495,1494,1500″ img_size=”large” slides_per_view=”3″][vc_images_carousel images=”1510,1509,1547,1511,1512″ img_size=”large” slides_per_view=”3″][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text][/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]
[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1763845418548{margin-top: -50px !important;margin-right: -75px !important;}”] Burnside ‘all good things are wild and free’ On visiting Burnside we felt that the river walk was beautiful and could see it is well used by the local community who are taking pride in it, tending to, and adding plants.

["post-1491","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry
